喝茶防冬痒

冬季寒冷干燥，很多人一到这个季节就会发生皮肤瘙痒。这种季节性瘙痒症主要由于皮肤过于干燥所致。一些老年人皮脂腺和汗腺分泌机能较差，在干冷的冬季更容易出现皮肤瘙痒。而饮茶之所以可防冬痒症，是因为茶叶中含有保护人体皮肤的微量元素锰。
锰对皮肤的保护作用体现在三方面：一是锰能参与人体内很多酶促反应，促进蛋白质代谢，并能促使一些对皮肤有害物质的排泄，从而减少皮肤所受到的不良刺激；二是锰可促进维生素B6在肝脏中的积蓄，加强皮肤抗炎的功能；三是锰可以增强多糖聚合酶和半乳糖转移酶的活性，催化某些维生素在人体内的代谢，这均有利于皮脂代谢的正常进行，防止皮肤干燥。
茶叶中锰含量相当高。据有关试验资料显示，每克干茶叶中的含锰量因品种而异，如绿茶中的西湖龙井茶为1.40毫克、庐山云雾茶为1毫克；青茶中的安溪铁观音茶为1毫克；黄茶中的蒙山黄芽茶为0.65毫克；红茶中的祁门红茶为0.60毫克。茶汤中的含锰量多少也因茶而异。1克茶叶用100毫升开水浸泡10分钟，西湖龙井茶汤中的含锰量为0.506毫克，庐山云雾茶汤为0.400毫克，安溪铁观音茶汤为0.238毫克，蒙山黄芽茶汤为0.198毫克，祁门红茶茶汤为0.017毫克。
如果人们每天饮用4～6克绿茶泡的茶汤，便可以从茶中摄取到人体所需锰量的1/3，甚至更多。这对保护皮肤防止冬痒无疑是非常有益的。
